These images were made at various ruins throughout the Yucatan Peninsula, including Chichen Itza, Coba, Tultm and Uxmal. They were shot with a Holga camera, which is a toy camera with a cheap plastic lens that creates some distortion and the fall-off effect around the outer edges. The black and white film was scanned electronically and printed at approximately 8 X 8 inches on an ink jet printer.
