Angkor Wat is one temple among many in northwestern Cambodia. There are over
40 structures within an area of 77 square miles. The earliest monuments were
built in the ninth century and the latest completed in the early thirteenth
century. They were built by a succession of Cambodian kings in memory of ancestors
or as Hindu or Buddhist temples. These images were shot on Kodak T-Max film
with a 35mm camera and a Hasselblad panoramic camera and printed on Ilford fiber
based paper.
